At Gootopia, we pour our hearts into providing Slime. We understand, however, that
online shopping can come with uncertainties. Here is our return policy designed
to ensure your utmost satisfaction:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or is not as per the specifications you
provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly address
the issue by offering a replacement or a repair. To expedite the process, we
request you to provide:

A clear photo of the item showing the issue

Your order number

A description of the defect

Upon review, if we determine that the item is indeed faulty or incorrect due
to our oversight, we will issue a replacement or repair the item at no
additional cost to you.



Non-Customized Items:

For items that are not personalised, you may return them within 14 days of
receipt for a refund or exchange. The items must be returned in their original
condition, including all packaging and accessories. Customers are responsible
for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error has occurred
on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged that are not
personalised. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to our provided return
address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
